Welcome to our site and thank you for your interest in taekwondo ..one of the most dynamic and effective methods of self defence available today ..our taekwondo programme at rivers edge fitness centre is very focused on self defence and personal protection ..classes are taught in a high energy format and in a time sensitive manner ..a typical beginners programme is just 45 minutes, but will include fitness and conditioning drills with basic self defence training, for the beginning student this means faster progress in less time as you begin to feel the benefits from the programme.
