Welcome to our site and thank you for your interest in our Taekwon-Do programme. Taekwon-Do is one of the most dynamic and effective methods of self defence available today, our programme at Rivers Edge Fitness Centre is very focused on both Self Defence and Personal Protection.
Classes are taught in a high energy, and time sensitive manner, with a typical beginners lesson being approximately 45 minutes, this will include fitness/conditioning drills plus self defence training
For students this means faster progress and you will feel the physical benefits of the programme from your first lesson .
In addition to our excellent Taekwon-Do programme our students have full access to the award winning fitness facility at Rivers Edge.
